About Us

Allister and Alice’s passion for food has taken them on career paths that feature some of the best establishments from Tuscany to Bath, and from Devon to Wales.

In the last 15 years Allister has worked his way from washing pots and opening oysters to head chef at some of the most prestigious properties in England and Wales. Now, his love and passion for cooking bring him back to the ‘garden of England’ for his first own venture.

Alice’s training and experience has brought her across Europe – via some of the continent’s most renowned properties – to the UK, where she has worked with Michelin starred chefs and at award-winning establishments. In 2018 she was named Food and Beverage Manager of the Year for the Hotel Cateys.

Egg yolk and chicken raviolo, girolle mushroom ragu, aged parmesan and welsh truffle

A dish that has become a real favourite this autumn, now making way for another Italian inspired dish featuring Gnudi: dumpling-like balls of seasoned ricotta, a real delicacy with a luxurious mouth feel.
