Game night with unusual wines

We are very excited to invite Andrew Watson and Paul Robinson from Hallgarten wines to introduce our selection of unusual wines to accompany Allister’s game menu.

Andrew Watson on Thursday 28th Ocotber

Andy developed a passion for wine at a young age as his dad introduced him to the fine wine “classics” when growing up.

After leaving school he started a career in Oddbins managing several retail stores in the South West, building his wine knowledge and experience and completing his WSET higher certificate.

After a short spell in banking, Andy returned to his passion and started a job with premium wine supplier, Hallgarten & Novum Wines where he has been sharing his know how and passion for over 15 years.

 

Paul Robinson on Wednesday 27th October

Paul caught the wine bug in his twenties and eventually left the Pharmaceutical industry to follow his passion and also gained the WSET Diploma.

Now after over twenty years as a trade professional, eleven of them with Hallgarten, is still as engaged and fascinated by the subject as ever.

Widely travelled and used to public speaking Paul brings his knowledge and enthusiasm to entertain you and answer your vinous questions.
