Mushroom Dinner

 

This Autumn, we are delighted to present you an all mushroom dinner.

 

Chef Allister and his team have designed a delicious menu completely inspired by one of the most interesting, loved, versatile ingredient in the world.

 

We will cook with some of the finest mushrooms across Europe, including Porcini, known for their earthy, meaty flavour and cherished in Italian cuisine, Hen of the woods, one of our finest edible wild mushrooms, with a meaty texture and a resonant spicy/nutty flavour.

The menu will also see lions mane, golden enoki and many more mushroom varieties.
