Southern Italy Wine Dinner
A wine journey through the Southern regions of Italy to highlight the native and indigenous grape varieties. From the white Fiano to the black Aglianico, the South has wonderfully interesting grapes, some less known than others, but all with great character. We will take you from Campania to Basilicata, from Sicily to Puglia.
Allister and Alice have designed a menu to match the exciting wine selection and they are thrilled to invite back Paul Robinson from Hallagarten Wines to host this wonderful dinner.
