Allister chooses every ingredient with a focus on the best quality and flavour and designs menus to show off the calibre the country has to offer. With the help of our suppliers, our aim is the source only the best produce available to us.
We offer a choice of two carefully crafted tasting menus, 5 or 7 courses, as well as an accessible hand selected wine list.
