Allister chooses every ingredient with a focus on the best quality and designs menus to showcase the calibre the country has to offer. With the help of our suppliers, our aim is to source only the best produce available to us, locally where possible.

We offer a carefully crafted 5 or 8 course tasting menu, as well as hand selected wine pairings.
