Allister chooses every ingredient with a focus on the best quality and designs menus to showcase the season. With the help of our suppliers, our aim is to source only the best produce available to us, locally where possible.

We offer a carefully crafted 5 or 8 course tasting menu, as well as hand selected wine pairings.

Below menus are samples.

Vegetarian, pescatarian, seafood free, gluten free menus also available. Our menus are not suitable for vegan or dairy free diets.
