Shake off the winter chill and step into the garden!
We invite you to an evening of culinary storytelling, where the garden is our muse. Our chefs have curated a tasting menu that honours the fleeting beauty of spring—from the delicate crunch of first growth asparagus to the subtle flavour of rhubarb.
After welcoming you with a glass of bubbles from the Garden of England, we will serve a Five Course menu celebrating Spring and its produce.
Spring produce is celebrated for its peak ripeness, which translates to superior flavor and higher nutrient density compared to out of season ingredients.
During these months, March to June, you will find a transition from hearty winter roots to vibrant, tender greens and the first sweet fruits of the year.
