TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reservations
We require credit or debit card details to secure your reservation, no pre-payment or deposit is taken. If you’d like to use a voucher as part of your booking or have any dietary requirements, please add this information into the “comment” field when making your booking. We are able to accept bookings for up to 6 guests. If you require a table of 7 or more guests we can offer exclusive use or if you have any questions regarding your booking, please email restaurant@hideandfox.co.uk
We accept cash and debit or credit card payments, we don’t accept American Express.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that a booking is not honoured in whole or in part, which includes reducing numbers, or is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of £75 per person will be charged to the card provided. Please note, this applies to all cancellations and is not discretionary.
On special event dates (chef nights, wine dinners, etc.) the full amount of the event may be charged if cancelled with less than 7 days notice. No shows or significant amendments of the reservation will incur the same charges.
Please contact restaurant@hideandfox.co.uk if you have a query regarding your booking. Reservations must be cancelled via your confirmation email’s link or directly with a team member on 01303 260915. Hide and Fox is closed Sunday – Monday.
Cancellation fees may be processed on the same day. When you finalise the reservation you are agreeing to our cancellation terms.
Mobile phones: on silent mode, no phone calls or sound on in the restaurant
Dress Code: smart casual, no sports or swim wear
Parking: street parking
Dogs: not allowed
Children: under 12 years old lunch time only, 3 course off the tasting menu £55. No children menu or highchairs available. Over 12 years old regular menus
Hospitality Charge: a 12.5% discretionary service charge will be added to the bill
Accessibility: one step at the entrance, accessible flat floor throughout
